Tier 3 Duelling Hat

Been trying for this for a while, its actually quite slow, since I'm not getting people to forfeit to me, but getting the kills myself :P. I seem to lose about once every 3 duels, which isn't too bad.

400 more kills for the next upgrade though ._.
